The working title for this piece is “Layers”. This piece was created as part of the Abstractions Heart series, and it is filled with mood and inspiration. The blues and purples have a powerful relationship with one another. Adding a brassy gold provided a strong pop and brought the piece into a wonderful regal balance, which prompted an inspirational name change. With two power colors and a natural metallic like gold, it seems that there is no better name than Dignified Royal Authority. Picture the color and texture one would find in the textiles of dresses, rugs, tapestries, robes, headdresses, and jewels in the extensive wardrobes of royalty. You won’t need any of that. You’ll have Dignified Royal Authority.
